1. Who processes your data

2. What data and why

You can send a request via the website form or message us on Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber. We receive:

• your name and contact details — phone number or messenger username, and your preferred contact method;
• what you tell us about the job: type of cleaning, area or address, preferred date, comment and calculator estimate.

This data is needed to reply to your request, agree on and carry out the cleaning. The legal basis is entering into and performing a service contract at your request. The data is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing.

Requests from the form are forwarded to us on Telegram via a bot and stored in our Telegram chat. Messenger conversations are stored by the service you choose. Telegram, WhatsApp and Viber are independent services with their own privacy policies.

3. Visiting the website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels.

Fonts are served from this website, without requests to third-party services.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Cloudflare may automatically log technical request data (IP address, date and time, page address, browser type) to keep the website running and secure; this data may be processed outside Serbia. Form submissions also pass through Cloudflare servers.

4. How long data is kept

Request data is kept as long as needed to complete the job and for the periods required by law for accounting of services provided. After that, the conversation can be deleted at your request.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict processing or to object to it. To do so, write to westandsouth2@gmail.com.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti) — poverenik.rs.
